Part time: 15-20 hours per week to start, Weekends are required but we like to rotate once fully trained. We're very flexible.
Salary: $13-$15/hr to start depending on experience
Training provided, you don't need to be trained in the foot & ankle!
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in the foot health industry. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued clients, assisting them in finding the right solutions for their painful conditions, and delivering an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and actively engage with them to understand their specific pain points and conditions
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to fit the clients with the proper insole and compression solutions
- Be able to operate the 3D foot scanner, and other manual tests to ensure the client is receiving the correct solutions for their condition(s)
- Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Process client transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell complementary products and accessories.
- Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Owner to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required
- Experience and knowledge in athletic training, personal training, foot & ankle health or health sciences preferred but not required
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong product knowledge of insoles, socks and compression bracing products - In-house training provided
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Availability to work Thursday – Sunday from 10am-6pm
